To register your child, you may print the registration form here:  Registration Form (pdf)

Complete the form and send it in with your $25 non–refundable registration fee.

After a registration form and fee have been received, one of our staff will contact parents to confirm that the child has a place in one of our classes.

We also need you to complete this Photography Permission Slip (pdf).
